Our Speakers

Kylene is CEO of Falcon Performance Partners LLC, a Certified Executive Coach, and an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner. She served for 20 years in the U.S. Air Force leading teams of hundreds of highly trained military professionals charged with accomplishing no-fail missions, at home and deployed.

Kylene now works with leaders looking to make lasting positive change in themselves and their teams. With the goal of creating a climate that allows every teammate to optimize their performance, Kylene partners with leaders to assess where they are today, craft a plan for future growth, and ultimately achieve their goals.

Kylene grew up in Missoula and is excited to be back in her home state. She and her husband are the proud parents of two school-age boys and live in East Helena, Montana.

Emotional Mastery, Limitless Destiny

With a lifetime spent inspiring and leading, Shelley has discovered that emotional intelligence is the operating system running quietly behind every strong strategy and bold move. In this empowering closing session, discover how emotional mastery deepens trust, elevates authenticity, transforms influence, and fuels a vision that is limitless.

Shelley Olson has spent 39 years leading women in the world of direct sales, where showing up is optional and true leadership is earned. As a Mary Kay Cadillac Senior Sales Director, Shelley knows what it takes to build trust, inspire action, and sustain momentum. Her secret? Emotional intelligence. Shelley is also Chairman of the Board for the Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming, and the founder of The Tranquil Path, a coaching platform for Highly Sensitive People, helping others lead with calm strength and unshakable vision.

Lead with Vision: A Creative Workshop for Purposeful Women.

"Scissors, soul work, and a side of sass" In this creative session, we’ll use vision boards and a splash of self-discovery to help you reconnect with your purpose, your leadership style, and the limitless potential you bring to the table. No glitter required (unless you’re into that).

Jami Bonnell is an interior designer by day and the founder of Montana Poppy Artistry by heart. With over 30 years of experience in creating both beautiful spaces and meaningful connections, she’s passionate about helping women lead with authenticity, creativity, and courage. Jami is all about embracing the messy middle, finding your “why,” and cheering others on while doing it.

I’m honored to have been asked to talk about a topic that’s incredibly close to my heart. Living the life of an overcomer.

While I’ve spent my career leading in the world of sales and marketing at Silver City Stone, Cabinetry and Tile where we specialize in beautiful interior finishes, my true passion lies in something deeper—building strong, resilient teams and empowering individuals to rise beyond their circumstances.

I’ll be sharing something more personal: a conversation about what it means to live the life of an overcomer. Many of us carry silent wounds—whether from trauma, broken relationships, or past failures—that quietly shape how we show up in our personal and professional lives. We may not even realize when we’re operating from a place of survival instead of freedom.

Together, we’ll explore how healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed—it means it no longer controls you. I’ll be sharing parts of my own healing journey, and how recognizing certain patterns helped me take back my power, change the narrative, and truly move forward.

So, I invite you to lean in, reflect, and join me as we uncover key insights into turning the tide from victimization to victory—and walking boldly in the freedom and success you were meant for.”

Looking forward to growing along side of each other.

Shelley

Passion-Driven Productivity: Leveraging Team Strengths for Maximum Results

What if your team loved what they did so much they didn’t dread Monday? We’ll explore how aligning team members with the work that lights them up leads to higher retention, greater fulfillment, and better results. You’ll learn how to recognize passion in your people, how to scale sustainably, and how to equip your team with the tools and support they need to succeed. We’ll also discuss the power of championing causes your team cares about, and how practicing a little reckless optimism can lead to truly remarkable outcomes.

Deanna Johnson is a Helena local, Carroll College grad, and the founder of Edge Marketing + Design. For the past 15 years, she’s built a business rooted in creativity, flexibility, and a deep love for her community. She leads a small but mighty team and recently made headlines (well, in the office anyway) by proudly “demoting” herself so she could get back to her favorite part of the job—coding websites. Deanna’s leadership philosophy is simple: do what you love, help others do the same, and don’t be afraid to chart your own course, even if it doesn’t look like everyone else’s.
