Meet Robyn Lund

Robyn Lund, 500 E-RYT, discovered yoga in college as a way to ease anxiety and stress. Over the years, she became Montana’s only Certified Curvy Yoga Teacher and has trained extensively in accessible and trauma-sensitive yoga. In 2013, she opened the Gentle Healing Center in Helena, and later founded the Montana Yoga Movement, a nonprofit bringing yoga to at-risk populations across the state. A breast cancer survivor and founder of Boobie-Con Helena, Robyn is passionate about making yoga welcoming for every body. She’ll be sharing her inspiring story with us at October’s Lunch and Learn.

1. Membership Access: As a Women's Leadership Network member, you'll enjoy exclusive access to our Monthly Lunch and Learn Program. It's just one of the many benefits that come with being a part of our empowering community. If you would like to add lunch to your program attendance please select the appropriate option so we can be sure to add your lunch to our order!

2. Event Registration: Non-members are also welcome to join! Starting in May there will be a small charge to attend for non-members to cover our costs so we can continue to provide quality programs. We ask that you simply register for individual sessions or explore our membership options for even more leadership development opportunities. You are welcome to also add lunch to your program attendance as well. We are excited to welcome you to WLN!
